Are prices VAT inclusive?

Yes. All listed prices include VAT.

Is it a subscription?

Yes. Paid plans are billed via Paystack. Choose monthly or annual (annual saves 10%). You can manage billing in your dashboard.

What is Trial?

Trial is document-limit based and enforced in the desktop app (not time-based).

What’s the difference between backup and sync?

Manual local backup lets you create and restore your own backup files. Cloud sync automatically keeps your customers, quotes, invoices, and company settings in sync across supported devices and is available on Growth and Pro.

Do you support WooCommerce?

Yes — WooCommerce integration is available on Growth and Pro plans for businesses that want their online store and business workflow connected.

Do I need internet?

You’ll need internet to sign in and manage upgrades. Once you’re signed in, you can work offline day-to-day. Cloud sync features require internet when syncing. When you choose to email a document, we open a draft in your email app so you can send it from your own account.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — cancel from your dashboard. Your status updates based on Paystack subscription events.

What happens if I downgrade?

If your new plan supports fewer companies, you’ll be asked to choose which companies remain accessible under that plan. Cloud sync, WooCommerce availability, and active session limits will also follow your new plan.
